"Kill to Hunt, Hunt to Kill" was a live, webcast, multimedia, collaborative, performance/hunt extending from the communal space of La Esquina gallery to the isolated woods of MO. This work explored ideas of truth, representation, and ultimately failure, through art. Using satirical elements "The Truth" becomes a lie, the audience becomes a "Tribe" and Jason Dixon becomes "Tito the Hunter" setting off alone on a quest of self-discovery. This work resolved with a return potluck/artist talk at La Esquina gallery with the artist discussing the lessons learned and experiences of the hunt.
