Video Documentation from the world record setting 2009 performance. The Most Performative Piece Ever!

"The Most Performative Piece Ever!" was a live, 24-hour, corporately sponsored, webcast, marathon. This piece was a World Record for the most performances with provenance ever performed by a single person in a single day. Occurring May 8, 2009 at La Esquina gallery this work asked, "Which carries more meaning, intentions or actions?" For me this work was about clawing my way out of art history's shadow and proclaiming my spot as an emerging artist. This work also allowed for me to evoke my machismo id side in the form of Tito "The Conceptual Athlete", exploring my competitive sensationalist desires.
